Arbitration: For disputes involving amounts exceeding $100,000 USD, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).

Waiver of Class Actions: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations, including those of China, the United States, the European Union, and other relevant jurisdictions. You shall not export, re-export, or transfer AUTOSHER products to prohibited countries, entities, or individuals without required authorizations.
